In terms of gameplay, there is much more replayability in Plus than the original game. There are collectable poems, wallpapers, secrets, new songs, etc. and in the various menus lots of new lore and secrets in the files and emails tabs. This is the kind of game you play to 100% completion, and like The Henry Stickmin Collection, getting everything has an exclusive reward that is quite satisfying to experience. The game is still just a point-and-click visual novel though, so most of the ”gameplay” is just reading, with the odd choice, but that’s just

the genre of the game. Enjoyment is to be found in the enriching art, whether that’s the writing of the side stories, the beautiful illustrations, or the fantastic new music tracks, rather than any kind of traditional ”gameplay”. There are some criticisms to be levelled at this game – some of the secrets are kind of ridiculous to work out and find. One of the last items required to 100% the game relies on RNG. But, there are guides for all of this that I used to successfully 100% the game in about 50 hours
