Explore the wilds of Downturn to find out what happened, but conserve resources to recover after fights. Save Sandy Coast before it’s overrun, but beware the politics of the area. Gallery: Complete character stories unlock erotic art. The art gallery chronicles your adventure. Things change: Character appearances might change throughout the story. Control the appearance of the characters manually if you end up with a look you don’t like.Update 18-08-2022: Returned to the game after almost two years – on the technical side, there are still flaws in the interface, text or graphics, but the game is almost completed and this is one of those games that you come to for 18+, but stay because of the story and characters. Unyielding is a lewd visual novel with toggleable, tabletop RPG-eske combat about a man turned-woman and his (her) quest to defeat the one that transformed him (her) into a sex-crazed bimbo. I am impressed by the sheer amount of writing Unyielding has to offer. Between the main story and “Tidbits”, there’s tons of reading material and world building to munch on between chapters. It reminds me of the days I used to GM games with my pals, although a little more word heavy. Though there is a combat system, I would strongly disrecommend this game to anyone that isn’t keen to flipping over a (thick) book. This is a very non-linear VN — your choices will affect the combat and scenes that are unlocked. Between battles, you may gear-up with acquired coin Pieces. Additionally, your party members can be “leveled up” with new skills as they will battles. There are a good number of CGs to unlock, but I was disappointed by the strange aspect rations and crop-factor of each image. In my opinion, the art is awesome, but poor cropping, lack of backgrounds, and gallery kind of kill the fun. This game doesn’t feel unlike having a GM of sorts, though the game isn’t that free in what you can do. But it is a nice feeling to choose where to go, and customize your party and whatnot.
