There are acts of violence such as people being struck and battle scenes. There are several mentions of child abuse (in a negative context), but it is not shown. Although the game is very story driven, there is full frontal nudity and sexual scenes solely with adult characters. There are two to three consensual sexual acts displayed in each chapter. These are skippable with no violence. The galleries also contain nudity and consensual activity. All characters involved in such acts are over 18. This includes sexual intercourse and scenes where more than one character is present.
