Explore alternative realities while trying to save Your own from approaching annihilation. Dark fantasy rpg action game which will take You on a journey deep into the realms of Errent. Right now, I can’t in good conscience recommend this one. I WANT to like it, and I’ll still play it, but right now it is REALLY annoying. The biggest problem is the combat mechanics. Moves feel sluggish, the camera is terrible if you’re not locked on correctly, and far, far too often your attacks simply go right through the target, for no reason. Sometimes your dodges will decide to go the wrong direction – like, right into your opponent. 🙁 Part of it is probably that I just don’t really like
Souls-type games. However, a lot of the time the combat just feels like it is buggy. I am hoping that things will get fixed, or cleaned up. The graphics are meh, but I will be happy to play it (and recommend it) if the combat felt better. I got this game on sale and I tried it out for a short bit and here is my conclusion. I see a lot of potential in this game. It has a solid atmosphere, early enemy designs when cleaned up as the game nears completion will be interesting. Combat felt odd for me at first, but once I got to an npc that wished to duel I started to get the hang of what the developer is going for.

On controller I had to click B to roll and hold Y to run. It might be better to consolidate these onto a single button, this would open up a button to some other command or function. – When fighting enemies that I had locked onto, my camera got a bit jittery from the movement, and at one point I was even able to freely move my camera around while locked onto an enemy which caused a few issues in combat. – The camera was clipping through walls in a few tight corridors and when running up stairs, I think this can be dealt with in some spots by moving
the camera a tiny bit closer to the character. – Stamina vs damage. I was getting maybe 4 hits on a full bar of stamina right away and the amount of damage I was dealing vs that stamina consumption didn’t feel balanced. I was finding myself needing to go 3 or 4 regen cycles just to kill what seemed like basic enemies. A slight reduction in stamina consumption so that players can take a defensive action like rolling would be great, especially since some of these enemies have animations that don’t telegraph an action.
