Bought this as part of Steam summer sale bundle, which doesn’t tell me my game is going to be CN/RU localisation locked. Contacted Steam Support, essentially told me I can’t get a refund because I played more than 2h on Watch Dogs 1, even though I only have 22 mins on Watch Dogs 2, and the bundle itself said nothing about the localisation limitation. Contacted Ubisoft support 3 times, first two times acted very polite and got absolutely nowhere. 3rd time I was more firm and the rep threatened to hang up on me multiple times when I challenged their ‘company policy‘, then told me the only solution to get the EN localisation was to fly back to the country I wanted to language of and physically purchase it.

Once the game is done downloading, right click the .zip file and click on “Extract to” (To do this you must have 7-Zip or winrar, which you can get here).
Double click inside the Game folder and run the .exe application.
Thats all, enjoy the game! Make sure to run the game as (Administrator) and if you get any missing dll errors, look for a file named All In One Runtimes.exe run this and install it.
