Quite possibly one of if not my favorite 3D platformer collectathons of all time. Traversing the levels without a jump button seems daunting at first but you soon realize that the other movement mechanics more than make up for it and learning to utilize each of them is very satisfying. Thus it makes for a mechanically rewarding experience. Getting 100% completion on this has been a blast! Not much else to add that hasn’t been said already like the hilarious characters and dialogue, fantastic level design, and so on and so forth. I could go on but I’ll just say that I can easily recommend this to anyone who’s a fan of platformers, collectathons or someone who just wants to try out something different.Full of character and really fun! Thinking of something like Mario 64 helps understand the flow, which is going to worlds to collect as many gears as you can. There’s also other collectibles outside of gears for those wanting an extra challenge. And the story is quirky…the main character’s name is Morio, there’s jokes about Telsa, and you’re trying to stop damage from oil companies. If you like collectat-a-ton’s, unique platformers, or are nostalgic for a game with a ’90s feel, this is for you!
