Honestly I enjoy the game, but I really wish the parts affected your base stats in some way, you can get power ups that are passives but I believe (Could be wrong) they count towards your draw cards for the turn when they show up in your deck and don’t seem worth the trade off. The Saber Deers feel busted to me, but it was a hellish mission so maybe that’s just to be expected I would recommend though if you want to make it through all the mission types avoid the mountains saber deers will stun lock and bleed you which is unblockable. I like that they implemented some story and the designs throughout are solid and you can make some op decks. I think the game length is practically determined by how hard the game can be based on what you fight and the fact that your monsters stats don’t really ramp up at all outside of your cards themselves, the card level up mechanic is really cool though. Overall I enjoyed the game and would have loved to finish it, but Re-rolling a team because of the Mountain Deers of Extreme Gapingness just isn’t worth it.
