Sniper Killer is an excellent and original indie horror game with plenty of fun mechanics and humorous dialogue. The segments as the killer are a lot of fun and the ‘detective work’ is pretty cool too – almost boarding a slasher-esque noir. I feel obligated to mention that the voice acting is actually superb at many points in the game. It doesn’t reach Night at the Gates of Hell levels of ridiculousness and stands as a great follow-up to Bloodwash and that universe. If you liked those games I imagine you’ll enjoy this one, it certainly retains that B-movie vibe of the previous titles. A game made for a particular niche of 80’s horror and/or giallo enthusiasts. Although not necessarily beyond criticism, all the jank, the cheesy and abrupt story and bad line reads are kinda what makes this all work.
